Full Time Childcare: Childcare contracted on set scheduled time slot 5-10 hours per day or 5 days per week at a rate of $175.00 / week. Entitled to pay for all Public Holiday's. Vacation time changes each year unpaid to provider. Deposit Required
Part Time Childcare: Childcare contracted on set scheduled time slot 5-10 hours per day less than 5 days per week at a rate of $40.00 / day. Entitled to pay for Public Holiday if Holiday falls on scheduled time slot. Deposit Required
Casual Childcare: Childcare that is flexible based on a scheduling system and availability. Not entitled to pay for Public Holiday's. Deposit Not Required.
Casual Childcare Rates are as follows:
Full Day - $40.00
AM 1/2 Day - $25.00
PM 1/2 Day - $25.00
Mid Day Care - $40.00/day
*Part time childcare occupies a full time position.
1/2 Days: Half days are considered to be anything less than 5 hours a day. If you are longer than 5 hours it is then considered a full day and the full day of $40.00 will be charged.

Full Time Teacher: Childcare contracted on a set schedule time slot 5-10 hours per day, 5 day's / week for teachers during the school months. A retainer of $50.00/week to be paid for in advance with post-dated cheques for summer "off" months to ensure full time September position is secured. If teacher would like to continue care "part-time" during summer months rates are then subject to the Casual Childcare amounts. Entitled to pay for all Public Holidays. Vacation time changes each year unpaid to provider. March Break/Christmas Holiday's to be paid for unless using your given Vacation time for those times to ensure your position. Deposit is Required.
No Show: If your child will not be attending, a one-hour notice of absence is required. Childcare fee’s will still apply.
Deposits: Deposits will go against your last scheduled Contracted week of care in the event that a two week notice was received in writing.
Changes in Childcare: I understand that with time and changes in life, you may need to change hours or days of care needed. I will be happy to accommodate these changes for you if at all possible, however I require 2 weeks written notice and as well as a new contract to be signed to outline the new changes to be taken into effect. Any Casual Childcare position however can be replaced by a Full Time position if one approaches me.
